In accordance with and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the following is disclosed:
a) The personal data you voluntarily provide by filling out the registration form to formalize requests for information on products, services, marketing promotions, events, and promotional initiatives of the company will be processed, including by using IT and telematic procedures in the database, for the following purposes:
- For management, statistical, commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes related to the products and services of Airport Business Consultants Holding SARL.
b) The provision of personal data is optional; however, refusal to respond or to give consent may prevent the Company from responding to users' requests.
c) The personal data you provide may be communicated and disseminated, for all the purposes indicated above in letter a) of this information, also to other companies in the group belonging to Airport Business Consultants Holding SARL.
d) The personal data you provide may be processed, for the purposes referred to in point a) of this information, also by the following methods: fax, telephone, even without operator assistance, email, and other IT and/or automated communication systems.
e) With regard to the aforementioned processing, the person to whom the personal data refers has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, or correction, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Under the same article, the person concerned has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
